The NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE) is proud to host the next iteration of the Executive Cyber Seminar, taking place 18–20 November 2025 in Brussels. The registration is open until 17 October.
This high-level seminar will gather senior leaders from governments, the military, and the private sector to explore crisis planning frameworks that strengthen national, allied and partner cyber defense. The program will focus on safeguarding digital sovereignty against hostile state actors during crises and conflicts, emphasizing a whole-of-society approach that integrates public, military, private, and volunteer efforts.
Key sessions will address NATO’s evolving cyber doctrine, lessons from Ukraine, legal and operational challenges in cyber defense, and the growing role of public-private partnerships. Participants will also take part in STRATEX, a strategic decision-making exercise derived from CCDCOE’s flagship cyber defense exercise Locked Shields, applying seminar insights to real-world crisis scenarios.
“Cybersecurity is not the responsibility of one actor alone. Effective defense requires trust, cooperation, and readiness across governments, defense the private sector, and society at large. The Executive Cyber Seminar offers a unique platform to strengthen these bonds and prepare for the complex challenges of tomorrow,” – Course Director Major John William Dall.
Some training seats are still available for those who decide at short notice. If you are interested, contact your national CCDCOE training coordinator and register before 17th of October.
