On the 18th of June during the Conference Party there will be a Night Owl session about International Cooperation on Cyber Security.
Participants of the panel will include Hillar Aarelaid from the Estonian CERT, Ian West from Nato Computer Incident Response Capability and Andrey Kulpin from Moscow State University.
The session is conducted under the Chatham House rule.
