Legal Training on June 15

Following the success of the Legal Training preceding the Legal & Policy Conference in 2009, CCD COE has decided to continue the tradition of organising professional 1-day training events as part of the programme of the annual conference.

This year’s Legal & Policy Training offers a workshop-type approach to the topical issue of “How to build a national cyber security strategy?”

The training is open to all conference participants interested in the legal and policy perspective of the cyber security strategy. The training concentrates on the practical experience of countries that have already adopted or are in the process of building a national cyber security strategy.

The training will take place in the Drama Theatre. The number of participants is limited to 45. Please check this website for agenda updates. For registration, please contact c6@ccdcoe.org

Icebreaker on June 15

The Icebreaker event serves as a social kick-off for the Conference on Cyber Conflict 2010. The informal cocktail party will take place in one of the beautiful lounges of Tallinn. Dresscode: casual

CCD COE visit on June 16

An excursion to the premises of the Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCD COE) offers a brief presentation of CCD COE, its focus areas, vision and mission. The number of participants is limited to 35.

Gala dinner on June 16

The gala dinner takes place at the newly renovated building of the The Tallinn Song Festival Grounds. The dinner is hosted by the Commander of Estonian Defence Forces Lieutenant General Ants Laaneots. Dresscode: black tie

City excursion on  June 17

The 1,5-hour guided sightseeing tour introduces the highlights of the beautiful city of Tallinn. The tour leaves the hotel in the late afternoon and will be partly by bus, partly on foot.   

Ending lunch on  June 18

The casual ending lunch concludes the 4 days of the conference in a beautiful Tallinn restaurant.
