Call for Papers opens for ICCC 2011

TALLINN - 22 October, 2011. The call for papers for the Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence's annual conference is now open.

In 2011, the International Conference on Cyber Conflict will focus on the topic of defensive and offensive aspects of Cyber Forces. The conference is not limited to a military perspective but will combine views from different fields on cyber defence, operations and threat environments. The programme will furthermore feature a number of keynote lectures to be delivered by distinguished world-class experts.

Authors are expected to submit unpublished papers of up to 6000 words on various topics related to Cyber Forces. A number of possible topics can be found here but is not limited to those listed. The deadline for submissions is 20 January, 2011.

This year, the CCD COE has also applied for a techcnical sponsorship by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Negotiations are expected to be finalised soon. Subsequently, all ICCC conference proceedings will be electronically published in IEEE databases (IEEE Xplore).

The ICCC 2011 will take place on 7-10 June in Tallinn, Estonia. Deadline for authors to submit the papers is 20 January, 2011.
